1982 to 1996, worked in her own bookbindery at Hallwylstrasse, Kreis 4 in Zurich.
1996 to 2019, lived and worked in Seattle WA, USA.

Current activity
Since 2019, she is back in Zurich and works and teaches at the Feldmann bookbindery
at Wohllebgasse.

Further information
Course instructor at Migros Klubschule for many years.
Over the years she has attended various further education courses in bookbinding and printing.

Doris Feldmann

Apprenticeship as a handbook binder and framer in Zurich.

Current activity
Since 1993, owner of the handbook bindery in Wohllebgasse, Zurich.

Area of Speciality
In addition to customer orders, new products are constantly being developed and produced in her workshop. Old and new materials from bookbinding, printing, flea markets and second-hand shops etc. are collected, processed into useful products and sold.
